Are you a hospital or medical provider?
No. ChinaMedMate is an independent navigation and coordination service. Licensed doctors and hospitals provide all medical care.
Can you guarantee an appointment?
No. We help with official booking routes and coordination, but availability and acceptance are controlled by the hospital.
Are hospital fees included?
No. Hospital, doctor, examination, medicine, transport and accommodation costs are separate and should normally be paid directly to each provider.
